Specialization

Sam focuses on business development, transaction management, and tenant representation. The team relies on its many long-term relationships with users and owners of office properties to provide best in class service. Prior to graduating from The University of Mississippi, Mr. Skinner worked in the banking industry for Fidelity Bank. In his free time, he is an avid runner who has taken part in Peachtree Road Race on 10 occasions. Sam also enjoys grilling, going to sporting events, and spending time with his girlfriend Sarah.
